Questions
What is Manasity?
Manasity (منصتي, “my platform”) is a platform for teachers and education centers. It gives you your own website, where students sign up and log in, and a dashboard for your students, groups, lecture schedules, attendance and team.
Do I need a developer or a designer?
No. The templates are ready to use: you change the text, photos and colors, then publish. If you’d like help, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through it.
How does QR attendance work?
Every student gets a QR card. At the center, you or your assistant scan it on the check-in screen, which keeps working on a weak connection. Online, joining a lecture from your website counts as attending. When a lecture ends, everyone who didn’t come is marked absent.
Is Manasity free?
Yes, during early access. We’ll announce pricing before any billing starts, and you’ll choose a plan then. Manasity will never take a cut of what your students pay you.
Can my students pay online?
Not yet. Online payments by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay and card are coming soon. Payment providers will charge their own fees, which we’ll show you before you turn them on.
Can I use my own domain?
Connecting your own domain is coming soon. Until then, your website gets a free address on manasity.com.
Will my website be in Arabic, English or both?
Your choice. Most academies publish in Arabic first, with an English version.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. Your students and records are yours. You can export attendance reports at any time, and ask us for a full copy of your data.
